Job Summary

Responsibilities
Lead all campaign management programs ensuring growth of key metrics such as inbound leads, conversion, and growth
Lead Hubspot marketing automation, Zoominfo, and Apollo contact databases
Lead Generation: Measure, optimize, and grow lead generation efforts across paid and organic channels including accurate definition, measurement, and growth of MQL and SQL
Conversion Optimization: Constantly testing and optimizing the customer experience to ensure the highest levels of customer conversion is occurring from website visitors. Design and launch A/B, split, and multivariate tests to constantly improve performance.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and events, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Retargeting and lead nurture: Manage and improve upon remarketing and nurture campaigns to website visitors.
Project management and coordination: Responsible for keeping campaign and event deliverables on track according to agreed deadlines. Monitoring and follow-up of subject matter experts and deliverable owners to obtain status updates and flag and put in place mitigation measures for any at-risk items.
Ability to partner with all marketing teams members, departments and agencies in a globally distributed team

Requirements
Strong experience with Hubspot campaign management and nurturing programs
Strong experience with MQL, SQL, and all growth metrics
Three plus years of experience in this marketing specialization field working for B2B companies
Direct PPC experience with proven success in growing, scaling, and optimizing brand and non-brand campaigns.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail with an eye for world class customer experience
