Responsibilities:
Hold weekly customer meetings with Talent Partners to discuss operations, what is working, where they need support; build trust and strategic plans together
Manage Partner data to ensure we are tracking toward our shared goals
Support hands on operations to move toward those goals where we are not yet reaching them
Collaborate tightly with Product to ensure new features are being communicated, upsell opportunities capitalized on, and feature requests from partners prioritized – you are a key part of building this new product!
Deepen your experience with SaaS sales by sourcing, identifying, and pitching to new partners and onboarding them to our platform for success
Work closely with Marketing to define campaigns for upsell and new business releases
Key Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Support, bonus if in a marketplace business
Extremely proactive, dedicated to client success
Familiarity with tracking (and hitting!) KPIs
Highly organized, able to manage a large book of business
Energized by inventing and creating processes that elevate success
Desire to work alongside many departments and interrogate key strategic business questions across the organization
