Job Summary

An FMCG company is looking to hire an experienced Administrative Manager to develop processes and procedure, supervise the daily operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures, lead team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different unit of the company.

Location: Abeokuta

 

Requirements

· Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and members of staff.


· Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

· Plan and coordinate staff development and monthly agency-wide staff meetings.

· Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.

· Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

· Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchasing of materials, supplies, products, or services.

· Guiding the organization's activities.

· Ensuring the organization is operating securely and effectively.


Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

· Not less than 3 years experience in an administrative managerial role.

· Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

· Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.

· Strong problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, critical thinking, strategic planning, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

· Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.

· Candidate must have worked in a manufacturing company precisely a water factory.

· Good with preparation and reviewing of reports.

Salary: N200,000 - N250,000
