Responsibilities:
Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
Hiring and managing maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
Systematically filing important company documents.
Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
Update office policies as needed
Maintain and update the database
Requirements:
Proven experience working in an office environment
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, etc)
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills.
