Job Summary

Responsibilities::

Identify potential clients and partners through various channels, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.

Maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how the company’s services and products can address their requirements effectively.

Promote and sell exclusive products, demonstrating a strong understanding of their benefits and features.

Achieve monthly sales targets for both services and wellness products, ensuring revenue goals are met consistently.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively tracking leads and opportunities through CRM software or other designated tools.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion.

 

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

Business development and sales, with a minimum

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. S

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using different Microsoft tools and other relevant sales tools.
