Job Summary

Job overview

This is an individual contributor role and the working mode is hybrid (Working from home and office). You must have a very keen interest in education and helping children improve their learning experience. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to better understand their learning needs, set up teleconference or video call meetings, counsel the students & parents on the benefits of subscribing to our services and get them to subscribe. You will have revenue targets and financial incentives will be associated with your sales performance. 
This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of inside-sales and direct-sales. A graduate or post graduate degree with good verbal and written capabilities (in English) is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop strategy and initiatives to ensure achievement of Company Sales Volume, Profitability and Market share objectives;  

Clearly and aggressively convey our product offering through a variety of media platforms to customers in a manner that engages, helps them understand and influences them to make decision and take action;

Ensure continuous increase in the number of subscribers on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis via aggressive, deliberate and effective cold calling, direct mails, mass emails, Print/TV/radio advertising within and outside Nigeria;

Conduct proactive consultative need analysis for new and existing customers/subscribers so as to develop solutions to met the needs of each customer;

Create tracking tool using Excel to maintain accurate records of potential leads and new subscribers.

Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming subscription inquiries received by phone, email and other formats;

Help identify opportunities to develop new offerings and ways to make our happiest customers even happier;

Provide superior customer experience from time to time resulting in greater customer satisfaction and driving customer loyalty and retention;

Communicate effectively with customers on the newest upgrades and packages available from time to time;

Consistent improvement on customer satisfaction through expert resolution of issues, and concerns.

 

Requirement

OND/BSC

Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft suite.

 

Pay

Very attractive; basic pay and commission
