Description / Requirements:
Business Development Executive (Preferably Female with Chinese Speaking) (Min 3 year of working experience).
The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales target by promoting our Wiring Devices (PL2),
Residential Systems (PL3), Building Systems (PL4) and PVC Conduits and Equipment (PL9) product
lines to the Retailers, Contractors, Investors.
Acquire deep product knowledge on all Legrand’s products
Understand the profile and buying needs of Customers and expand Legrand’s support.
and businesses, by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including
Prospect new customers and developers, conducting cold-calls and sales visits pipelines.
Promote product lines through solid sales presentation, and together with Marketing
through events and networking sessions.
Responsible for preparing concept proposals, specifications, quotations and generating sales
turnover according to targets.
Be a trusted partner and support to Customers (Retailers, Contractors, Investors) by
providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including technical support.
Develop a clear understanding of all products and provide training (internal and external)
Carry out product presentations to prospective accounts.
Responsible for pricing enquiries, follow-up orders and delivery schedules.
Provide sales report to Head of Sales.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (especially in construction line).
Strong customer focus, an advocate of excellent customer service.
Sales-driven, to meet business targets and goals.
Ability to provide an appropriate support for sales and satisfy customers’ expectations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to converse in English, Malay, and Chinese dialect.
Possess own transport.
Ready to travel as when is required to Klang Valley, or any places in peninsular Malaysia.
