We are looking out for a customer retention specialist's capable of working with customers, employees, and marketers to increase our company’s loyalty and revenue. In particular, a customer retention that focuses on retaining existing businesses by delighting customers and finding solutions to common pain points.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers and sales representatives.
Analyzing customer behavior.
Gathering information about customer complaints.
Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software.
