Generating qualified leads for our WordPress website development services based on established sales targets
Cultivating relationships to promote Knucklepuck ’s expertise and commitment to building quality websites
​​Understanding and effectively communicating Knucklepuck’s competitive advantages, including our Library, our tools and our staff
Maintaining lead status and managing documentation inside our CRM software (Wrike)
Managing ongoing communications between prospects and Knucklepuck subject-matter experts to deliver proposals, pitch material, and scoping documents
Working with the CEO & Director of Operations to identify new product or service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets
Identifying new markets, new partnerships, and new ways to reach existing markets that align with Knucklepuck’s lead criteria
