Job Summary

 Responsibilities
Managing a complex calendar and schedule including meetings, organizing events, answering calls, setting reminders and facilitating communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipate the needs and provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership as needed.
Booking travel needs; including international and domestic transportation, accommodations, and restaurant reservations.
Preparing and reviewing documents and materials for presentations and meetings, assisting with notes and follow-up communications and delegating action items.
Interacting regularly with executives across the organization and building relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Additional responsibilities such as report or presentation preparation, intelligence gathering, research or analysis to inform decision making.
Organize and coordinate team professional events, socials, team off-sites, etc.
Assist with various administrative and office duties as assigned.
Hours will be self managed and variable dependent on executive schedule.


 Requirements
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
3+ years experience providing administrative support at the executive level at a tech startup, VC or a fast growing company.
Solution oriented and ability to anticipate needs of the executive team; work within the EA community to deliver against time sensitive deliverables.
Proficiency with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint and Excel, Zoom, and the ability to learn new technologies, programs and applications.
Professionalism when handling inquiries through the website chat platform.
Experience in booking international and domestic travel.
Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style.
Impeccable abilities and/or experience prioritizing and delegating tasks, strong scheduling, coordination skills, with a comfortability with last-minute changes.
Rockstar organizational skills and flexibility to work both collaboratively and independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professional integrity and discretion.
