Responsibilities
Making travel arrangements: tickets, hotels, restaurants, legal restrictions etc
Preparing expense reports
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf ;
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters ;
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records ;
Performing minor accounting duties ;
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary ;
Planning company events and help to organize the offsites
Creating weekly activity reports about various topics
Ordering office supplies if needed
Requirements
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Ex In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
Well knowledge of Google Suite
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, French is a plus
Discretion and confidentiality
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
PA diploma or certification is a plus
