Job Summary

Location: Kaduna

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and manage new & existing Commodity Aggregators and Food. Processors within the State. Also, within neighboring communities.

• Identify farmer associations, agents/bundlers and farming communities where assets can be found.

• Gather and provide competitive daily price discovery of all assets from markets and Food Processor Companies.

• Must be shared in Operations chatroom daily for upload on the VC Platform.

• Promote the company’s culture & oversee daily operations in the State.

Main duties include:

• Sign up and account management of Partners in the State.

• Drive conversion of Commodity Aggregators.

. Build and develop a community of Cas trading various assets.

• Provide daily Price intelligence from markets & food processing companies.

• Daily & Weekly reporting on field operations - orders placed by FPs, deliveries made by CAs, pricing intelligence, new sign-ups, FP intelligence on receipt capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Field Operations, sales, commodity trading or relevant field.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience Operations, Commodity Trading and advertising position.

• In-depth knowledge of Agric-commodity companies.

• Reporting & analytical abilities

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Up-to-date on the latest trends in the Agriculture Sector
