Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome guests
2. Answer questions and address complaints from clients
3. general office management
4. Attend to clients request
5. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
6. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
7. Keep updated records and inventory
8. Monitor office expenses and costs
Requirements and skills
1. Minimum of a HND, BSC holder / Fresh Graduate
2. Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer etc.)
3. Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
4. Proficient in English (oral and written)
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
6. Strong communication and people skills
7. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
8. Problem-solving skills
