Banzai Demio is the top rated webinar product in the world. Banzai is looking for an experienced General Manager to be the go-to-market leader for Demio.

As the General Manager, you'll define a go-to-market strategy and lead the Demio sales and marketing team. You'll also set the vision for Demio and coordinate with functional resources across Banzai to implement that vision.

Requirements

Setting a vision for the Demio product and collaborating with peer cross-functional leaders
Managing and analyzing marketing funnels with $1M+ budgets
Build high performing cross-functional sales, marketing & partnership teams
Develop KPIs and dashboards for sales forecasting and pipeline management

Experience
Leading go-to-market teams from $5M to $25M in ARR
Scaling up sales teams and building strong management teams to support continued growth
Managing product-led growth funnel from trial to paid conversion and upgrade
