Indoor Sales Coordinator (Preferably Female with Chinese Speaking) (Min 3 year of working experience)
Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales team to ensure customer requirements are well-coordinated.
Assist sales and marketing activities.
Handle customers’ enquiries.
Follow up with warehouse on customer deliveries.
Issued sales order and delivery order.
Answering inbound and outbound calls.
Liaise with account regarding the invoices required by customer.
Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
Preferably candidate with 3 years working experience.
Positive working attitude as well as a good team player.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skill.
Must be computer literate.
Experience ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
Must be able to communicate and writing in Chinese, English and Malay
Salary Range:
RM3,000 – RM5,000
