Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable and qualified candidate who has an experience in IT sales and will determine the best strategies to increase customer purchases which will result in meeting sales targets for our client. The firm is a growing company based in Lekki, Lagos and is professional channel partner and distributor for a prestigious global lighting technology solutions brand.

Job Responsibilities:

Introduce our products to prospective clients.

Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with clients.

Sell the brand products to prospective clients.

Make recommendations to management on customer demands and meet set sales targets.

Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

Contributing to developing marketing plans and strategies for effective sales.

Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.

Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of an OND in Electrical-Electronics Engineering or Technically relevant field.

At least 3 years of sales experience in a related industry and should be passionate about the industry.

Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations and proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, motivated, and understanding of current trends in the lighting industry.

Creative and invent new ways to promote old products, or come up with fresh ideas to contribute to the company's bottom line.

Able to work well alone or as a salesperson of a team without constraints on time and were to carry out duties.

Must have a high sense of discipline.

Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

The candidate must live within the Lekki- Ajah axis.
