Real Estate Marketer at Summit Estate Limited

Location: Wuse II, Abuja

• We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Marketer who will be responsible for selling property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, accompanying clients to the property sites, discuss conditions of sale, among others.
• To be successful in this role, you will need to have good experience with sales, importantly in the Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities
• Generate client leads to buy properties.
• Counsel clients on property prices.
• Present proposals to potential buyers.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Facilitate negotiations with buyers.
• Expected to meet established sales target.

Requirements
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND / Master's Degree
• Minimum Experience - 2 years
• Experience in Real Estate marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
