Responsibilities
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
Managing existing Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest advertising accounts.
Investigate other ad platforms and stand up accordingly.
Managing performance marketing campaigns to expense budget and ROAS targets.
Developing multi-source digital prospecting and remarketing strategy and campaigns.
Collaborating with leadership to manage CAC, ROAS, LTV targets.
Collaborating with data and leadership teams to provide internal reporting for paid marketing.
Working closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Identifying products and trends to incorporate into promotions.
Requirements
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in a similar role working with multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
Knowledge of leading advertising platforms: Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Expertise in the campaign and channel analysis and reporting and tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude/Heap, etc).
Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
A highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Open-mindedness, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills.
