Job Summary

The role:

We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Team. You will enjoy an extremely varied role, delivering assistance across multiple operational territories. You will deliver timely and effective advice to the business.

You will work closely with the business teams (sales, engineering, marketing etc) responding to their requests, supporting partner organisations and drafting vendor & supplier contracts

Your mission

• Manage our contracts! Specifically, but not limited to, our commercial cient contracts.
• Structure, draft, negotiate, and close diverse contracts with partners, suppliers and customers
• Analyze, present and proactively advise Buyapowa on legal aspects, including commercial contracts, SaaS/Enterprise contracts, and corporate governance
• Coordinate legal matters handled by outside counsel
• Happily dive into other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

About you:

• A law degree or equivalent
• You have demonstrable learning agility, bags of common sense
• You have understanding and experience of a fast moving workplace environment,
• You are an excellent and persuasive communicator;
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Flexible, self-motivated and happy to take own initiative in learning new concepts
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle a high volume of work
