Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Monitor the execution of the global team’s projects, including timeline and metrics, to ensure they are delivered on time and receiving positive feedbacks from users
Help resolve blockers for the global project teams and collaborate with internal peers from other departments to do so; Ensure that global project teams are engaged, consistently improving, and working efficiently
Account Management: Build relationships with our internal & external stakeholders, including our clients to ensure they are delighted; Engage with external vendors and build project timelines
Coordinate team communication across global teams; Identify areas of improvement for the project management processes
Facilitate meetings and workshops to support the development of the global team’s skills and culture (e.g. team building, strategy, OKR, handling change, conflict resolution)
Maintain a high level of transparency with thorough communication & documentation
Highly adaptable and thrive in a fast paced environment; Scrappy: willing to roll up your sleeves;
Must have previous work experience in crypto / blockchain industry; preferably at a high-growth start up.
