We are sourcing for Project Marketing Manager to join our growing team of talents with a huge sense of ownership willing to go the extra mile and make things work. In this position, he/she will tell, show and create our brand image as a coy who delivers flawlessly across all project types,(Events, Activations, and Digital projects) You will be responsible for the execution strategy for online and field operations. And also, all assigned related PM activities and coordination across all Consulting, her affiliates, and all brands (Online & Offline) in her portfolio.

Experience Level: Senior level
Experience Length: 5 years

Responsibilities:
Own the leadership and innovation on Project Mgt Strategy, planning, and execution to ensure returning clients while promoting brand awareness, penetration, and growth.

Must have a full understanding and grasp of Project Management (PMP certification will be an added advantage)

Develop a go-to-market business execution strategy.

Lead the development of project mgt plans in line with brand-specific communication strategies.

Work synchronously with third-party suppliers and the team
Consulting internal stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient Project Management plans.

Perform monthly Operational Planning and Scheduling behind the leadership of Project Mgt activities and internal stakeholder engagement.

Analyse post-campaign results on a brand and channel-specific level to identify opportunities to improve future campaigns.
Must be vast in analytical reporting both in excel and PowerPoint documents (Understanding the usage of SPSS will be an added advantage).

Must understand measurement metrics of digital projects for analytics and next steps

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Sales Management Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline of Digital Marketing.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management 

Must understand good construction of grammar, be fluent in speaking and writing great English

The ability to write execution strategies, mastery of excel and PowerPoint documents will be an added advantage.

Must have a general understanding of digital marketing with minimum ability to perform activities on Instagram, Google Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Blogs, Email Marketing, and SEM
Understanding of Data analytics and superior understanding of Nigerian

Business Operational landscape and willing to travel pan Nigeria.

Knowledge of or experience with the use of Project Mgt tools.

Knowledge of or experience in the organization of digital events and product launches is another advantage.
