Responsibilities

The Proofreading Specialist for Live Courses & Summits is responsible for reviewing transcripts and audio files from our community-based learning experiences and making necessary edits according to The Shift Network Style Guide. Up to 30 hours per week. Must be able to meet weekly deadlines (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).

Desired Qualifications:

Four-year degree, BA preferred
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and comprehension)
Exceptional writing, editing, and listening skills
Must be deadline-oriented and have a keen attention to detail
Must be able to accept constructive feedback and copy edit suggestions with a positive attitude of learning
Avid interest in and knowledge of the transformational learning market (teachers, schools of thought)
Deep desire to make a difference and have a positive impact on others and the world
