Requirements

Solid experience in Ruby/Rails
Experience with unit testing and testing tools such as RSpec
Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications
Strong SQL knowledge (MySQL)
Experience with RESTful web services
Write well designed, testable, efficient code
A passion and curiosity for creating and building things

Nice to have:

Strong experience with AWS services (S3, SQS)
Experience working remotely
