JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive and perform clerical duties and functions
2. Rectify and attend to customer inquiries via telephone, and emails
3. Provide warm greetings to visitors and identify their issues or motive for calling
4. Schedule appointments for employees and executives
5. Compile reports and cross-sell products and services rendered by the company
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. B.Sc./HND with a minimum of Second Class Lower/Lower Credit
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Customer service orientation
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Sales and Marketing experience is an added advantage
The preferred candidate must reside around Lagos Island
SALARY:
N80,000 + Commission
