Our client specializes in the provision of solar power gadgets to consumers across Africa. They seek to hire Sales Team Lead - Badagry, Lagos (B2C).

Location: Badagry- Lagos

 Responsibilities

·         Sales Target Achievement within assigned territory.

·         Achieve Excellent PH of customer portfolio.

·         Recruitment, Training and effective Team management of Sales Team

Requirements:

·         HND/BSC. Degree

·         1-3 years’ experience in similar sales role within a progressive sales environment with strong, quantifiable results.

·         B2C sales experience in the FMCG, Micro-finance, Telecomms or Solar energy sectors.

·         Experience or passion for working in developing markets.

·         Extensive territorial knowledge of the location they are applying for

·         Ability to work both in teams and independently
