Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Oversee all design projects, from conceptualization to delivery.
Work on a full range of design assets (E-mails, store banners, social media content, landing pages, among others).
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
Employ problem-solving skills and full stack of design solutions to cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
Increase user friendliness in digital products.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Identify the absence of guidelines, concepts or any other information he/she might consider necessary for the development of a successful graphic proposal.
Work on the production of assets based on and respecting the creative/brand guidelines.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
Experience working in fast paced companies
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
Work as part of a team, with a range of people
Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
Be able to work under pressure and work with tight deadlines.
Capacity to work with several projects and deadlines at the same time.
Have Problem-solver skills
Must be result driven, proactive, self-motivated and a team player.
Has wide experience in digital production (e-commerce, UI, apps)
+3 Years of experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
Desirable knowledge of indesign, after effects, Spark AR.
Strong aesthetic skills. Attention to visual details.
