Job Summary

Requirements

• You will need a good understanding and knowledge of how financial markets operate, how does an ICO or an IPO take place, how does an exchange work. This knowledge will be key to your success in this role.
• MBA or at a minimum BA in Economics or Maths or 2-3 years work experience in a financial institution where you were exposed to financial markets
• A good understanding of microeconomics concepts like token bond curves, supply and demand curves, etc.
• Relevant experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner (we’re very open and your years of experience can’t acknowledge your talent or thirst to reach the next step).
• Experience managing technical software products from infancy to scale
• Technical skills e.g., the ability to gain an in-depth understanding of software systems and data science
• Experience defining and driving product and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate closely with the product design and engineering teams to build the roadmap, manage the backlog and prioritize the next features.
• Experience managing consumer mobile focused products
• Ensure appropriate user testing, pilot programs, and any other relevant experimentation/testing is used to validate features before full roll-out
• You can define Epic and User stories and specifications.
• Excel at juggling multiple projects, staying organized and prioritizing deadlines
• You are collaborative, constructive, and an effective problem solver
• Experience with Figma is a strong plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
• You’re a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, design, and stakeholders
• You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a users frustration
• Fluent English proficiency
