Responsibilities
Leading project planning, scheduling, and resourcing for the Security team
Ensuring work quality and delivery for agreed upon timelines for each project
Having the ability to interpret needs and requirements, translate concepts into practice, identify process improvement opportunities, quantify results, and make recommendations to the Security Managers / Director
Coordinating meetings, briefings, and activities across teams and the Foundation
Skills and Experience:
Experience successfully leading and executing complex projects at a remote organization
The ability to effectively communicate and manage engineering project tasks
The ability to default to action, make decisions and be accountable for them
Experience working across multiple time zones and with multiple teams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
