Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with product, design and marketing teams, ensuring actionable user insights are represented and considered in all decisions within your product area.
Collaborate with other insights functions, like Analytics, Community Support, Product Marketing, to paint a full picture of the problem space & opportunities ahead.
Autonomously own the research roadmap & prioritise research questions in your product area.
Use a wide range of research methods to help teams find clarity: User interview, Usability testing, Survey, Card sorting, Task analysis, Diary study, Heuristic evaluation, etc
Use gained insights to inform short-term roadmaps and longer-term strategies for your product area.
Be part of a growing research team, mentor designers & other team members in your product area in conducting their own studies.
Contribute to the evolution of Pitch’s research practice.
Requirements
4+ years experience conducting UX Research studies in multidisciplinary teams.
Solid knowledge on mixed-method research approach, able to collaborate with other insights functions, especially Data Analytics on activities like experiment design, triangulating qualitative & quantitative research findings, UX metrics, etc.
Able to demonstrate past research work and its business and/or product impact.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
