Requirements
Have empathy and curiosity for how great brands, businesses, and organizations navigate innovation and design
Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities and to help identify and prioritize their near and long-term goals.
Ideate through sketches, fully-baked UX documentation, and functional prototypes to demonstrate and validate product features.
Have an ability to synthesize research findings, uncover and articulate insights that will inform and inspire design
Fluency in quantitative research methods and an ability to create and analyze surveys to impact design.
Implement and define UX best practices based on research findings, including strategy, design, prototyping, and testing.
Develop presentations for stakeholders and internal working sessions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, quality assurance engineers, and clients to identify the best experience that meets user, business, and technical needs.
Have a real passion for organization, simplicity, efficiency, and proactivity.
Be comfortable with ambiguity, navigating end-to-end product life cycles, business model design, market analysis, financial modeling, and implementation.
Based in or be able to work in a US East or West Coast Timezone.
Your Experience:
Deep understanding of the value of user experience and design operations to large product organizations, and the ability to communicate that compellingly to the C-Suite.
Expert knowledge of research, user research methods, tools, and practices, and the proven ability to identify and execute the right methodology for the needed result
Fluent with applying a human-centered design process in the business including seeking outside inspiration, building to think and balancing constraints.
Experience in planning and facilitating user research activities and usability tests.
