Job Summary

Responsibilities

Gather project requirements and specifications from clients and users.
Present high-level tech solutions for business problems and options in the shortest time possible
Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have
Work closely with clients to help them define the tech vision for software projects
Work closely with project managers to define schedules, milestones, test plans and prepare documentation.
Assist organizational scaling and talent acquisition efforts for the team

Requirements

6-10 years of experience in software engineering
Solid experience in designing and architecting backend systems
In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams with members from diverse backgrounds
Up to date with general technology trends and exhibits an operational edge in business to incorporate this knowledge into the technology roadmap
Excellent time management skills to prioritize and focus on value delivering initiatives
