Job Summary

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.

2. Ensuring that there is zero stockout

3. Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.

4. Receive and forward all goods and deliveries into the restaurant to the correct point of contact/storage area.

 5. Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.

6. Understanding of food safety practices

7. Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly

8. Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.

9. Responsible to verify all goods on arrival

10. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

Qualification

At least 1 year experience as a Storekeeper
