Acquisition of B2B partners to complement the segment/sub-segment propositions and drive revenue through discounted offers and services. Manage tracking, retention, and service delivery of B2B partners
Responsibilities
â— Liaise with segment and sub-segment managers to Identify and acquire relevant B2B partners
â— Market to highlight recommendations for new partnership opportunities
â— Liaise with other business directorates to identify strategic discount offerings from existing customers
â— Analyze current trends within the Banking industry and prepare competitor analysis to identify opportunities
â— Create internal and external awareness for partnerships leveraging the Bank’s platforms â— Conduct bi-weekly refresher sessions with the frontline on existing partnerships via emails and the frontline chatrooms
â— Coordinate the activities of the partnerships team
â— Oversees the development of yearly sales plans and re-forecast
â— Responsible for process design, tracking, and fulfillment of partnerships
â— Conduct on-the-spot checks and mystery shopping exercises for partners
â— Ensure prompt renewal of Partnership agreements
â— Monthly tracking of adoption of partnership propositions
â— Work with the analytics team to identify new partnership opportunities based on
customer spend pattern.
â— Share monthly reports of partnership usage with the segments team Key Performance Indicators
â— Acquisition and retention of relevant partnerships
â— Increased card spend driven by discount partnerships
â— Adequate internal and external awareness of partnerships
â— A seamless fulfillment process at all partner locations
â— Provide training content and training session
â— Identification of new partnership opportunities
Qualifications
â— Master’s degree and/or professional qualification will be an added advantage â— A good first degree from a reputable Educational Institution
â— Minimum of 4 years experience in a sales/marketing and customer relationship management role. A track record of closing tough business deals. Good knowledge of B2B and partnerships.
