Responsibilities:
Breathe life into the product vision with a user-centered design approach by:
Performing user research studies with end consumers and retail partners
Brainstorming, conceiving and sketching product features and functionality
Wireframing and prototyping newly developed user experiences
Rapidly testing and iterating on concepts
Work with internal stakeholders from across the organization to understand near term and long term business goals & objectives
Manage a variety of design projects, from small, tactical product improvements to large initiatives
Communicate findings and decisions through presentations and written reports
Requirements:
You have a minimum of 2-4 years work experience in user research, UX design, UI design and usability testing for a consumer-facing application
You have experience designing for both desktop and mobile applications
You are proficient in Figma, Sketch, Invision and Adobe CC
You stay up-to-date on current design trends, themes and technologies
You create simple, beautiful solutions and have examples in your portfolio
You are self-motivated and work well with others
