This is a role with tremendous growth potential for the right candidate. The operations associate will provide assistance to the operations manager, Makomi partners, and clients. Tasks will vary according to business operations needs with a typical focus on Guest communications, client onboarding, customer assistance, and property management assistance.
Responsibilities:
Manage Guest communications and reservations for all Makomi properties
Support our operations team with a variety of tasks including customer support and admin support tasks
Work to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for partners and their clients
Field inbound inquiries from program participants and partners
Help develop, implement, and automate critical business processes to grow Makomi fast and make our customers happy
Run processes reliably and efficiently.
Build and maintain external partner and vendor relationships
Requirements
A jack of all trades or willingness to learn
A desire to have a positive impact on the lives and careers of Makomi Partners
1 – 2 years Experience in Short Term Rental Property Management
Experience with Airbnb/ VRBO/ Booking.com
Experience in Guest Service
High level of communication skills; in person, video, on the phone, and written
Incredibly organised efficiency is key
