Equivity is looking for part-time executive assistants who have experience supporting C-level executives, and are experienced in a wide range of administrative duties including calendaring, email inbox management, travel arrangements, project coordination, light bookkeeping, and preparing expense reports. If you enjoy supporting high level executives achieve their business goals, pride yourself on your organizational abilities, pay meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a work-from-home environment, we want to hear from you!

Experience interacting with C-level executives and managing complex calendars is required, and experience with email inbox management and communication with high-level executives is also necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and will work well both as the member of a team and independently. Candidates also must be extremely technologically savvy, as our clients use a variety of cloud-based software and programs and we expect our virtual assistants to be able to pick up new software quickly to best serve our clients.

 

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or an office manager directly reporting to the company CEO or President
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google suite of programs – technologically savvy is a requirement for this role!
Experience preparing expense reports utilizing Expensify, Concur, or other cloud-based software
Experience coordinating projects and working with a team, including excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Availability to work and make and respond to calls within an hour in a professional setting between 9 AM and 6 PM Monday through Friday Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Your own laptop and smart phone with broadband access to Internet
