Job Summary

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Our client, a leading *co-workspace company located in YABA is currently seeking to recruit a Facility/Business Development Manager who would be in charge of managing the facility and also ensure there’s constant usage of the facilities such as (board rooms, co-workspaces, training rooms and lounge etc.)

Job requirements

• Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new ones.

• Responsible for identifying, developing and expanding income generation opportunities for the company.

• Develop & nurture a network in the area, which will be of potential financial value to the usage of the facility.

• Identify customer needs and proactively seek to meet them in the most efficient and effective way.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bsc in any related field.

• 2-3years experience in sales (preferably in sales of co-workspaces/real estate). 

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
