Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, including lubrication, adjustment, rebuilding, and scheduled service, and assist operators during changeovers.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area and equipment at all times.
Conduct daily inspections of assigned equipment area to identify signs of wear, defects, and damage, and repair industrial equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Record all maintenance and repair services performed, and manage inventory of materials and parts used during the repair process.
Study manufacturer manuals and blueprints, and follow instructions carefully when operating or setting up machinery or making repairs.
Attend training sessions both onsite and offsite as required.
Communicate effectively with leadership regarding materials and parts needed for maintenance tasks
