Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client database by actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Provide guidance and expertise to clients on the buying, selling and investment opportunities.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market conditions, including property prices, supply and demand dynamics, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the transaction process, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Follow up with clients after the completion of transactions to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Desired candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate favourable deals.
