Responsibilities
Be a strategic partner with our amazing sales, solutions architecture and partnerships leaders to build a world-class revenue team
Work with G&A, customer success and marketing teams as needed
Creatively identify, source and interview a diverse pipeline of candidates
Manage the hiring process end-to-end
Advise leadership and hiring managers on hiring decisions
Execute a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end, ensuring candidate expectations are set regarding interview process, role expectations, and dbt Labs values and culture
Collaborate with the People Operations team on initiatives, including diversity, equity and inclusion, onboarding and employer branding
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with a minimum of 1 year focusing on multiple levels of sales-focused roles
Proven results delivering passive candidates, especially in areas such as technical sales and solutions architecture or sales engineering
Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and open roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with an ATS
