Partner with the L&D Manager and internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
Liaise with subject matter experts regarding content development
Develop training and training aids such as presentation materials, handouts, and workbooks
Deliver training live and on-demand programs using recognized training techniques and tools
Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods
Handle logistics for training activities
Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
Track and report on training outcomes
What skills do I need?
2+ years of experience in consulting or internal L&D experience with a focus on content creation and logistics
Skilled at developing content that is aligned with both the manager training strategy, and the goals and priorities of relevant teams and internal partners.
Experienced facilitator, comfortable presenting to groups
Demonstrates a growth mindset; seeks feedback for improvement and uses candor when presenting new ideas and/or challenging others
Comfortable interacting cross-functionally with key stakeholders
Demonstrates project management experience
Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus
Knowledgeable about Learning Management Systems is a plus
