Responsibilities:
Becoming intimate with each patient avatar
Use social media to drive interest, educate and engage our audiences
Comply with terms of Facebook, Instagram and the medical practice laws (don’t worry, we’ll provide a cheat sheet for this)
Hold content team accountable to deadlines and quality standards
Timely and respectful communication with other team members
Keep up to date with the changing social media landscape and best practices for social media
Keeping the Project Management software updated (don’t worry it doesn’t take much time)
Cross collaborate with client support and sales to optimize content
