Responsibilities
Communicate cross-departmentally with a heavy emphasis on content development, production and post production
Analyze, develop, and, where necessary, rebuild existing workflows and timelines with an emphasis on developing better, more structured processes
Speak the language of the people you are working with, from Content and Marketing to Business Development and Data departments
Reporting to the Chief Content Officer, work closely with Producers, Executive Producers, and other stakeholders as assigned to identify areas of the business that require organizational deadline assistance
Develop, implement and manage operations that are scalable and efficient, working with Content and Marketing teams
Stay up to date on social media and competitor trends across all platforms and mediums
Help with administrative tasks across the creative team ensuring that they have what they need, when they need it, to follow process and meet their deadlines
Requirements
Communicate effectively, regardless of method ranging from Zoom to slack
Lead projects and multiple teams across multiple project software systems such as Asana (our current tool)
Modify and build operations, from bottom-up where necessary
Explore new trends in video creation and delivery with an endless appetite for new possibilities
Execute efficiently, effectively and quickly with a positive, here-to-help, can-do attitude
