Job Brief
o We are looking for a Customer-oriented Service Officer who will act as a liaison, provide answer to customers enquiry questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
o Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
o Input accurate data on the spreadheet
o Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction..
o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
o Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Requirements
o 3 - 5 years proven customer support experience, Customer Service Officer and Data Entry
o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
o Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
o Must be computer savvy. Excel skills is a must.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively..
