Job Purpose:
To Provide leadership for technical department and ensure successful network deployment in line with customers’ expectations
To ensure delivery of overall strategic business objectives in a cost-effective manner
Inspire the team to achieve compliance to quality, health and safety standards and specifications
Ensure proper focus on CAPEX and OPEX management for overall organisational profitability
Job Responsibilities:
Engage customers directly to understand their requirements from a high-level perspective and cascade same to the technical teams.
Develop network deployment strategies for the technical team to ensure smooth and effective network rollout.
Keep an eye on quality of network deployment and define proper monitoring processes and procedures.
Develop key performance indicators for the technical team and evaluate on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide relevant information to the management team in order to improve company strategic decisions.
Support the organisational drive towards company growth and sustainability.
Ensure a balanced technical resource headcount that is properly aligned to deliver on organizational goals.
Proper management of technical department’s CAPEX and OPEX to achieve targeted margins.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification/ Skills:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
5 or more years of experience.
Strong Microsoft word, and Excel skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management skills.
