Roles and responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer's inquiries, solve their problem and escalate issues when necessary.
Work with Sales and operation team members by providing offers and rates to customers when needed.
Ensure accurate input of customer's data and ensure confidentiality of the data.
Follow up on customer's cases and constantly updates them.
Close any pending cases in a
timely manner.
Salary: 100k net
