Responsibilities/Roles:
Inbound and outbound calls
Attend to customers via phone call, social media platforms
Manage customer issues in collaboration with other departments
Follow-up of prospects and customers for close of sales and after sales customer relationships
Partake in the marketing activities for the company's page
Take responsibility for orderliness and conducive ambience within the office
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
Must have at least 2 years experience in customer service and in handling social media platforms.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active/effective listening
Experience in a spa or skin care company is a plus.
Location:
Ikeja, Lagos (Candidate must reside around the axis)
