A Guru with Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads
Facebook Ads Marketing
Experience in using Google Ads – Search, display, remarketing, video ads
Proficient with Google Tag Manager (analytics and set up conversion tracking for website)
SEO knowledge a bonus
Ability to explain what you do to non-technical people and understand the bigger picture (Digital Marketing Strategy)
Understanding in CRO to make informed recommendations to increase conversions & CVR
Pixel Tracking and Landing Pages are part of your wheelhouse. Including A/B testing and maximizing conversions
Create meaningful connections with our vendors and maintain a great working relationship
Ability to uncover insight from data and use quantitative methods to answer the question and to find opportunities
A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features, and functionalities in social advertising

You are also:

Confident relaying value to our customers with a great level of understanding of analytics – comfortable in face-to-face, telephone and video conference customer meetings
Extremely organized, can multi-task and able to work with minimal supervision
Available to assist on admin tasks when needed to assist with moving the company forward
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and comfortable explaining technical issues to our core customer (who may or may not be tech-savvy)
Team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to process and/or system changes
