Job Summary

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Contribute towards growth of company's clientelle and revenue base by meeting assigned targets.
Identify new business opportunities and source for contracts within company's sectors of interest.
Identify and understand clients'specific needs, including working with relevant teams to ensure proper response to client's RFPs/RFQs.
Where necessary, make presentations proposing reasonable solutions to clients.
Follow up clients to ensure timely payment for services delivered by the company.
Arrange and/or represent the company at business meetings.
Maintain professional communication with clients as needed.
Negotiate and close deals on behalf of the company as directed.
Develop relationships with new clients while maintaining relationship with existing clients.
Maintain and regularly update database of clients.
Maintain adequate knowlegdge of (and promote) the company's services.
Ensure the company acknowledges, identifies with and rewards our clients to achieve client retention and loyalty.
Continuously develop professional capacity on the job.
Always exercise responsible and ethical decision making regarding company's resources.
Promote the company's values and philosophy in the discharge of your duties.
Ensure adherence to code of conduct, policies and procedures.
Handle relevant paperworks, including writing reports.
Carry out other activities as may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from recognised institutions.

At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
Warm and confident personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Good looks and appropriate dress sense.
Posession of wide network of influential individuals and prospective clients.
Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to write winning proposals is an added advantage.
Demonstrable understanding of procurement processes in both public and private sectors.
Attention to details.
Good time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite.
Team spirit with abilty to coordinate own work with that of others.
