Job Summary

Our client, a wholly owned subsidiary of a financial services group, operating under a lending license, thus creating value, by raising  up funds from areas of surplus to fund viable businesses in deficit areas of the economy. They seek to hire Relationship Managers (Deposit Mobilizers), who will be responsible for generating new businesses by mobilizing deposits and also creating quality risk assets for the company.

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

§  Deposit mobilization and creation of quality risk asset.

§  Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.

§  Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships.

§  Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.

§  Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.

§  Monitor and assess the activities of competitors to proactively satisfy and retain clients.

§  Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

§  Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Management, or related field

§  5 -12 years of experience in similar role, within the financial services Industry.

§  Capacity and proven track record of leading a team.

§  Demonstrated track record of meeting / exceeding targets.

§  Self - driven, result oriented and able to take initiatives.
